With delivery, a hold harmless contract must be signed. Waterlines and electrical wires must be located by the buyer before delivery.  Palms of Paradise and its owners or employees are NOT responsible for any lines or utilities cut during the planting process. 

If in a rare instance that the location of the palm is a hard to reach area, or the digging is unusually hard a surcharge may be added.
